ATT Construction founded in Ottawa by Ahmad T., initially serving as a renovation and exterior contractor for residential clients in the Ottawa Valley.
Expanded service area to include Cornwall and the surrounding Eastern Ontario corridor. Completed first major commercial exterior project.
Launched full roofing and siding division. Opened second location in Cornwall to better serve the St. Lawrence region.
Surpassed 300 completed projects. Added dedicated commercial division under VP Tamir Nasrallah.
Expanded into insulation and door installation services, completing ATT's full exterior offering under one roof.
Crossed 500 completed projects across Cornwall and Ottawa. Recognized as a leading exterior contractor in Eastern Ontario.

Before ATT Construction was a contracting firm, our founders were property owners and real estate investors who grew frustrated watching good properties suffer from poor construction decisions.
That background shapes everything we do — from how we price jobs to how we handle change orders. We understand that every dollar you spend on construction is an investment in an asset you own.

Founder & CEO
Ahmad started ATT Construction after years of developing and managing his own properties across Eastern Ontario. Frustrated by the gap between how contractors think and how owners think, he built a construction company that operates with an owner's mindset.
Tamir Nasrallah
VP, Commercial Projects
Tamir brings 18 years of commercial construction experience, overseeing some of Cornwall and Ottawa's most complex office and retail projects. He leads all commercial delivery at ATT.
Priya Mehta
Director of Residential
Priya has managed over 200 residential projects — from full-home custom builds to high-rise developments. Her detail-first approach defines ATT's residential quality standard.
Marcus Chen
Head of Project Operations
Marcus runs the engine room — scheduling, sub-trade coordination, permits, and inspections across all active sites. His systems keep projects on time and on budget.
